I recently replaced my other eco washing sheets with Lucent Globe as I wasn't getting a job result. As a freebie I was sent the Dish washer and washing machine cleaner. Now, when it comes to cleaning my machines, I usually go back to the dark side and use a non eco product, I just doubted that they would be strong enough to get right into the filters and seals.

Well, if I had a hat, I would eat it. These things REALLY work, and compared the supermarket brands so much cheaper so you can use them more often.

Tried laundry sheets and I love them, but our kids are all grown up and I am not dealing with dirty,stained clothes like I used to, Dishwashing sheets, I am happy with them too, not seeing anything being over soapy, one thing I did see was coffee and tea stains on cups not being removed, so I handwash them. Would buy again.

The washing laundry sheets didn’t work well for me and returned them a month ago and have a tracking number to say they were received by lucent globe. When I contact them they keep telling me that they’re too busy with new orders to process my refund at the moment. I think waiting a month is pretty patient on my behalf. I think they’re hoping I’ll forget about it and keep the product and money… I won’t buy from them again.

Dishwashing sheets don't actually clean the dishes. Have tried every setting,tried using and not using the booster, pre rinsed and unfortunately they still didn't clean very well at all.

Laundry sheets seem to work well and have a nice fragrance.

I think the waste free is great but dishwshing sheets need work.

Your products are great I’ve tried most of them .
Will continue to buy the laundry & dishwasher sheets. The glass jar for hand wash died a week after I got it ~ it just wouldn’t pump unfortunately, but my main reason for this review is I dislike the NEW BOX DESIGN I find it awful. The old box was more structured held the sheet for life of the box and I could recycle and put bits & pieces in it for craft. Go back to the old design please.

Customer service appalling

Love the products but im very frustrated. i decided to try a different fragrances on two of the items to find now i have another two subscription items.
Two subscriptions for washing sheets and two for laundry
If i want to get rid of them it cancels my whole subscription.
I get subscriptions can be good but i don’t like having my choice to purchase or cancel taken away.

Fantastic products! I love the dishwashing scrub sponges! As well as the dishwashing liquid and boost, and washing machine detergent! All fantastic products!

Disappointed. The dishwasher sheets rinse the dishes but don't clean the tea, coffee out of cups or food stains off plates. The clothes washing sheets, I use two per wash as one is not enough and general dirt is not cleaned out of our clothes without adding other washing products. Received free gift tin - was bent out of shape. Also when I thought I had floor cleaning sheets in my cart as a one off purchase, it became a subscription and got charged twice. Asked for a refund once and got it, then they charged me again. Not keen to buy again.

Not a fan. Doesn't wash very well and a residue of the sheets is left behind in the dowager.

Tried contacting the team with no response. I made an order and it never arrived and the tracking number keeps telling me it doesnt work. This is the first time I am ordering an order and I feel like I have just been scammed. Its now been 3 weeks with no mention of an order insight...

I loved the idea of the product and bought some dishwashing sheets and laundry sheets. Dishwashing sheets are not effective but I liked the laundry sheets. However, I now find I have a subscription. I did not want this and feel the marketing is very deceptive. Even cancelling the subscription I did not want was very lengthy and full of "offers" to return. I do not appreciate pushy marketing and despite loving the idea of the products will not return as a customer.

I really wanted to love Lucent Globe's products because I like the idea of reducing plastic waste, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing overall.
The dishwashing detergent sheets have been the biggest letdown. My dishes regularly come out with food still stuck on them. I never used to pre-rinse or pre-wash my dishes with my previous dishwasher detergent, but I started doing it with these sheets to see if it would help. Unfortunately, even after pre-washing, my dishes still aren't coming out properly clean.
I'm also not a fan of the laundry detergent sheets. I need to use two sheets for a standard-sized load, and even then I don't think they clean nearly as well as OMO, which is what I was using before. My clothes just don't seem to come out feeling as fresh or as clean.
On a more positive note, I've been happy with the glass cleaner and multi-purpose cleaner sheets. They work well and are convenient to use. My only suggestion would be to give them a slightly stronger, fresher scent, as I think that would make them even better.
Overall, I love the environmentally friendly concept, but the cleaning performance of the dishwasher and laundry sheets just hasn't met my expectations.

Love the idea, but unfortunately no good. Dishwasher sheets rarely work, dishes are always left dirty and soaking, not to mention they are the reason our dishwasher flooded and stopped working only after one box!!
The laundry sheets left no clean clothes smell, didn’t hit the mark on stains and now I’m concerned they’re going to destroy my machine as well!!
The window cleaner didn’t work, the hand soap is way too thin and I paid way too much money to find this out after such a short period of use!!
I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but when the technicians tell me the sole reason for my 18month old dishwasher malfunctioning is these, I need to say something.

Whilst the product was ok the initial online shop was confusing and customer service was lacking.
I clicked a link for buy 4 get 4 free. It took me to their site and I looked around at other products also. I returned and selected 4x scented laundry sheet packets. When paying the order, it showed a 4x pack bundle with a price and then 4x lots of laundry sheets below it at $0 which I assumed was the 4x free. This wasn’t the case and after multiple emails I got nowhere but they did admitted that they could see how this was confusing. Hoping other companies are better to deal with.

Just purchased a bundle pack and had a hiccup with courier damaging product. Customer service were onto it immediately. A company that offers a great product AND great customer service is a win/win!

I’m converted! I bought the laundry sheets and the dishwashing sheets, after months and months of deliberation… I can safely say I’m SO happy with the results. The dishwashing sheets work so well and it smelt so good, my dishes didn’t smell like chemicals! My laundry had a subtle smell but cleaned perfectly! I would highly recommend and will be converting more over in the coming months!

I was super sceptical about this product but pushed through for a month to really try and test this product. We began with the washing machine sheets in our caravan. After a few washes we realised that we needed to have less clothes in the machine for 1 sheet. This made a heap of difference. Dishes: mmm.. no bubbles as 'normal' but cleaned quite well. Needs HOT water to hand wash. Magical for the dishwasher. The toilet cleaner is awesome, everyday cleaner is fantastic. Have not tried the glass cleaner as yet. Overall very impressed

As you can see l am a bit of a Lucent Globe tragic. What do you think, do l need any more products? What are you doing to me boys, you have just released another new fragrant Aagh!

I have been using Lucent Globe washing sheets and dishwashing sheets for several years and love the product. What I don't like is the new packaging. The sheets keep falling out of the box. The old sliding drawer packaging was perfect - why did it change?

Purchased washing machine sheets and dishwasher sheets. Washing machine sheets do a good job but we have to use 2 sheets for every wash.

Dishwashing sheets we don’t use any more as we are continually washing stuff after it comes out of the dishwasher.

It is a wonderful thing to know my clothes and dishes are actually clean, while minimising environmental impact.

Whilst it is so good what the owners of Lucent Globe are doing, I was really disappointed with the dishwashing sheets. I've been using them for 6 ish months now and my beautiful Italian glassware has all been yellowing... I was so confused as to what it was. Drinks? The quality of them? Faulty? I was stumped. I changed out to different pods and they are all magically crystal clear again. I was so disappointed as I wanted to love these so much but they just couldn't clean my glassware and left them looking amber. Noting the glasses I use are completely dishwasher safe and have been tested accordingly. I am glad I found the problem but disappointed in the product.

First go and dishes are really clean. I'm impressed.

I really like this product however my last two orders have had issues and even more issues trying to sort. First order was incorrect and spent so long trying to actually get hold of someone to sort (no contact number) second order had multiple “unable to deliver” despite correct address and being home. On contacting LG I was told to contact the carrier 🤷‍♀️. Unfortunately the lack of good customer service leaves me feeling like LG don’t really care about their customers so will no longer support this brand. Subscription sadly cancelled.

I like the whole idea of clean dishwashing tablets and no plastic…. But they don’t do there job, my dishes never come out clean. Iv tried using two sheets and even three each wash but they just don’t clean as well as my old tablets. Unfortunately I’ll be going back to my old ones .
