Lucent Globe means Lucent Globe Pty Ltd ACN 665 917 368, of 2/14 Tonka Street, Luscombe QLD 4207.

These Terms and Conditions set out the specific terms that govern the above promotion (Offer) and apply in addition to our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1.          The Offer is valid from, with respect to Australia and the rest of the world[1], 11:59 pm on 23rd December 2025 (AEST) until 11:59 pm on 2nd January 2026 (AEST) (the Promotion Period). The Offer and the discounts contemplated by it are only valid during the Promotion Period and will not apply beyond the Promotion Period or with respect to the United States of America or the United Kingdom.

This offer also applies to multi-pack purchases.

9.      

20% off your purchase of all Refill Products

Single Refill Products refer to each of the following products:

·       toilet cleaning sheets (30 washes);

·       multipurpose cleaner sheets (3 sheets);

·       glass cleaner sheets (3 sheets); and

·       floor cleaning sheets (5 pack).

This offer also applies to multi-pack purchases.

Gifts with Purchase Tiers

10.  

The following gifts with orders:

·       free shipping for orders exceeding A$100; and

·       free multipurpose cleaner sheets (2 sheets) for orders exceeding A$120.

The gifts with orders are cumulative. This means that when your order qualifies for a higher tier, you will be entitled to receive the gifts from the lower tiers as well. For example, a customer whose order value is A$130 will be entitled to receive both free shipping and the free multipurpose cleaner sheets.

4.          All products are subject to availability. Limited stock is available for selected sale items, and discounts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once items are sold out, they will no longer be available at the promotional price.

5.          Discounts will be applied automatically at cart on the checkout page to receive the discount on the valid items in your order.

6.          Subject to paragraphs 3 and 7, discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers or discount codes.

7.          The Offer is not valid for third party retailers of Lucent Globe products. The Offer can be redeemed multiple times throughout the Promotion Period. Customers can also redeem any store credits or gift cards issued to them against products offered for sale during the Promotion Period.

8.          Our Returns & Cancellation Policy and 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy will apply in the usual course with respect to the Offer. Please refer to those policies for further information. However, processing times may be affected or delayed given the volume of orders processed during the Promotion Period. Our customer service team will keep you informed of any such developments.

9.          The delivery timeframes referred to in our Shipping Policy may also be affected due to the increase in the volume of orders for shipment during the Promotion Period. We appreciate your understanding.

10.      Lucent Globe reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if any promotional discount was applied in error or if an order violates any of these Terms and Conditions. If an order adjustment is necessary, customers will be notified via the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure you put the correct address and add the correct items, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your order. We cannot take any responsibility if you provide us with an incorrect address.

11.      Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Lucent Globe (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with:

(a)        this promotion;

(b)        any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

(c)         any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Lucent Globe’s control); and

(d)        the cancellation or rescheduling of this promotion.

12.      If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Lucent Globe which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, safety or proper conduct of this promotion, Lucent Globe reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any applicable legislation.

13.      For the Online Channel:

(a)        in the event of stock insufficiency, Lucent Globe has the right to cancel any purchase. Lucent Globe will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made via the method of payment used for the purchase. However, prior to cancelling your order, Lucent Globe may reach out to you via its customer service team to offer you alternative products in lieu of the product(s) you had ordered;

(b)        Lucent Globe is not responsible for any failure to complete your transaction, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination of these, or any other technical failures including any damage to any person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, this promotion;

(c)         Lucent Globe does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted or misdirected transactions, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise; and

(d)        any fraudulent behaviour may result in cancellation of any order and/or inability to access the Online Channel or any other Lucent Globe website. Lucent Globe has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or prohibit from participating in the promotion any individual who Lucent Globe believes has engaged, has attempted to or intends to attempt to engage, in conduct that annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses any other participant or any representative of Lucent Globe. The use of agents or automated devices, programs, or methods to participate is prohibited, and Lucent Globe has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that it believes may have participated using such an agent or automated device, program or method.

14.      Each customer must comply with these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the promotion, each customer agrees to indemnify and to keep indemnified Lucent Globe (including its officers, employees and agents) in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by Lucent Globe as a direct or indirect result of the customer acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.

15.      Lucent Globe’s decision on all aspects relating to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16.      Lucent Globe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

17.      Lucent Globe reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this promotion at any time.

18.             Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights at law and/or under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
