SHIPPING POLICY
- INTRODUCTION
This document sets out the shipping policy of Lucent Globe Pty Ltd (referred to in this privacy policy as ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’).
The procedures outlined in this policy are designed to ensure clarity for you and to aid us in providing you with the best products and services (Products) possible.
We may change this shipping policy from time to time by posting an updated copy on our website and we encourage you to check our website regularly to ensure that you are aware of our most current shipping policy.
- Methods
All Orders placed during our regular business hours will be processed and prepared for shipping with 1-2 business days. You can choose from the following shipping methods for each of our Products:
- Standard Shipping:
- Standard Shipping is provided via Australia Post and will usually take approximately 2-8 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping:
- Express Shipping is provided via Australia Post and can mean that you receive your Products faster in exchange for an additional fee. Express Shipping will usually take approximately 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
- International Shipping:
- We currently ship to New Zealand via Australia Post and New Zealand Post and will usually take approximately 8-10 business days. We currently don't offer free shipping on subscriptions under $99 to New Zealand.
- Fees
Our shipping fees are calculated based on the method you choose, the weight and dimensions of the Products included in your Order and your location, among other factors. Your shipping costs will be included in the total cost of your order prior to completing checkout.
- Tracking
All Orders will be provided with a confirmation email and tracking number once shipped. This can be used to monitor the location and status of your Order and the progress of your overall shipment. Please be aware that it can take some days for tracking information to become available after we ship your Order.

Although we try to ensure that every Order arrives on time, it is possible that delays can occur as a result of factors beyond our control, including extreme weather conditions, holiday periods, or carrier-related issues such as personnel shortages. In the instance that your Order is delayed, please contact us at support@lucentglobe.com and we will assist you in resolving the delay as soon as possible.

Where your Order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lucentglobe.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the cause of the issue and ensure you are provided with a resolution.

So that we can ensure you receive your Products, it is important that you provide us with accurate and complete information when completing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you prior to shipping your Order.
