If you're not head over heels with any of our products, we'll gladly refund your purchase.

Simply email support@lucentglobe.com with your order number and email used for your order to initiate a return.

Important Details: If you're new to our sheets, we recommend starting with a single box before going all-in with the 3 or 6 box bundles or subscriptions – just to be sure they're your perfect match. If you are seeking a refund they must be returned 
and you'll need to pay for postage (we recommend using a tracked service to avoid anything getting lost). Once a tracking number is sent through to our team we will immediately refund you. 

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is only applicable on your first order of a single box or starter bundle. It is not available on multipacks or subscriptions.

Change of Mind Returns:

It's perfectly fine if you've had a change of heart regarding your purchase.

Just drop us an email at support@lucentglobe.com, including your order number and the email you used for your order, to either cancel your order or begin the return process.

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll issue an immediate refund. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we'll have to wait for your return before refunding. Your refund amount will also exclude shipping costs. Items must be returned unopened within 30 days from the delivery date, and you'll need to pay for postage.

If your parcel is declined/refused upon delivery and requested to be returned to sender, a $9 handling fee will be deducted from your refund value to cover the return costs.

Cancel Subscription:

How do I cancel my subscription?

No worries, you're not locked in with us so you can cancel your subscription anytime you like – it's hassle-free and risk-free!

You can skip, reschedule, cancel or pause your subscription online by logging into your account. but if you're having trouble just reach out to support@lucentglobe.com and we can help out.  We don't believe in binding contracts, so you're in control, and you can change your subscription whenever it suits you.

Order damaged:

Every once in a while, Postman Pat (yep, that's really his name!) can get a bit carried away with our packages. 📦 If your box arrives looking like it had a wild adventure, don't worry!

Just shoot us an email at support@lucentglobe.com within 7 days of delivery, make sure to include your order number and the email you used for the order along with photos of the damages. We'll jump into action and get a fresh, pristine box headed your way – easy peasy! 🚀

Ordered incorrect Item?

We’re humans and sometimes we make mistakes. Just drop us an email at support@lucentglobe.com, including your order number and the email you used for your order.

If you've ordered the wrong items and the goodies haven't begun their journey to you yet, we'll get the correct items sorted for you. 

However, if your order has already been dispatched we wont be able to make those changes and we'll have to wait for your return. Items must be returned unopened within 30 days from the delivery date, and you'll need to pay for postage.

If you receive items that are different to what you ordered please contact us with your order number and images of the items you did receive. Our team will get our mistake it sorted for you asap.

Own a Fisher and Paykel dishwasher? Fantastic choice, they look great! We've got respect for Fisher and Paykel and their innovations; However It is extremely important that you follow the instructions on the box and use the correct amount as these machines have a high level of tech and don't like too many suds. 
Using more than recommended may cause problems.
