Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Full Payment Required

All pre-orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be reserved or processed without full payment.

Estimated Delivery Date

We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe for pre-order items. Please note that this is an estimate only. We reserve the right to modify the delivery schedule at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order items become available. If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Changes to Products

Product specifications, packaging, or availability may be subject to change before release. If significant changes occur, we will endeavor to contact you with updated information.

Order Cancellation
We may cancel your pre-order at any time for any reason prior to dispatch. If cancellation occurs before the item is dispatched, you will be entitled to a full refund of your pre-order payment.

EOFY26 Sale Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Lucent Globe means Lucent Globe Pty Ltd ACN 665 917 368, of 2/14 Tonka Street, Luscombe QLD 4207.

These Terms and Conditions set out the specific terms that govern the above promotion (Offer) and apply in addition to our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

  1. The Offer is valid from, with respect to Australia and the rest of the world, 8:00 am on 20th June 2026 (AEST) until 11:59 pm on 8th July 2026 (AEST) (the Promotion Period). Lucent Globe reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period at its discretion. Any extension will be published on the Online Channel and the updated end date will take effect from the time of publication. The Offer and the discounts contemplated by it will not apply beyond the Promotion Period (as may be extended) or with respect to the United States of America or the United Kingdom. 
  2. The Offer is valid on www.lucentglobe.com (Online Channel).

4. All discounts referred to in paragraph 3 are calculated off the everyday price. Where a deal refers to "up to" a stated percentage, the actual discount may vary by product and will be displayed at the point of sale.

5. In addition to the deals set out in paragraph 3, all qualifying orders placed during the Promotion Period will receive cashback equal to 10% of the order value (after any applicable discounts) in the form of a store credit (Store Credit). The Store Credit:

a. is redeemable against future orders placed through the Online Channel only;

b. applies only to products that form part of the Offer and does not apply to any products purchased outside of the Offer;

c. will be issued to the email address provided at checkout immediately following completion of the qualifying order;

d. is valid for 12 months from the date of issue;

e. cannot be redeemed for actual cash;

f. is non-transferable; and

g. may not be combined with any other promotional offer unless otherwise stated by Lucent Globe.

6. Storage Tins are back in stock and available for purchase during the Promotion Period, subject to availability.

8. GWP tiers are based on the order value after any applicable discounts have been applied. Gifts with purchase are subject to availability and will be added automatically to qualifying orders. Only one GWP tier will apply per order (being the highest tier for which the order qualifies).

9. All products are subject to availability. Limited stock is available for selected sale items, and discounts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once items are sold out, they will no longer be available at the promotional price.

10. Discounts will be applied automatically at cart on the checkout page to receive the discount on the valid items in your order.

11. Subject to paragraphs 3 and 5, discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers or discount codes.

12. Our Returns & Cancellation Policy and 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy will apply in the usual course with respect to the Offer. Please refer to those policies for further information. However, processing times may be affected or delayed given the volume of orders processed during the Promotion Period. Our customer service team will keep you informed of any such developments.

13. The delivery timeframes referred to in our Shipping Policy may also be affected due to the increase in the volume of orders for shipment during the Promotion Period. We appreciate your understanding.

14. Lucent Globe reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if any promotional discount was applied in error or if an order violates any of these Terms and Conditions. If an order adjustment is necessary, customers will be notified via the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure you put the correct address and add the correct items, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your order. We cannot take any responsibility if you provide us with an incorrect address.

15. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Lucent Globe (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with:

a. this promotion;

b. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

c. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Lucent Globe's control); and

d. the cancellation or rescheduling of this promotion.

16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Lucent Globe which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, safety or proper conduct of this promotion, Lucent Globe reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any applicable legislation.

17. For the Online Channel:

a. in the event of stock insufficiency, Lucent Globe has the right to cancel any purchase. Lucent Globe will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made via the method of payment used for the purchase. However, prior to cancelling your order, Lucent Globe may reach out to you via its customer service team to offer you alternative products in lieu of the product(s) you had ordered;

b. Lucent Globe is not responsible for any failure to complete your transaction, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination of these, or any other technical failures including any damage to any person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, this promotion;

c. Lucent Globe does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted or misdirected transactions, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise; and

d. any fraudulent behaviour may result in cancellation of any order and/or inability to access the Online Channel or any other Lucent Globe website. Lucent Globe has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or prohibit from participating in the promotion any individual who Lucent Globe believes has engaged, has attempted to or intends to attempt to engage, in conduct that annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses any other participant or any representative of Lucent Globe. The use of agents or automated devices, programs, or methods to participate is prohibited, and Lucent Globe has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that it believes may have participated using such an agent or automated device, program or method.

18. Each customer must comply with these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the promotion, each customer agrees to indemnify and to keep indemnified Lucent Globe (including its officers, employees and agents) in relation to all direct loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by Lucent Globe as a direct result of the customer acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.

19. Lucent Globe's decision on all aspects relating to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. Lucent Globe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments, including changes to the Promotion Period, will be published on the Online Channel. It is the customer's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Lucent Globe is not required to notify customers individually of any amendments.

21. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights at law and/or under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Information on how to enter and prizes set out in this Schedule form part of the Terms & Conditions of Entry (Terms). These Terms constitute the entrant’s agreement with the Promoter in relation to the entrant’s participation in the Promotion. The Terms must be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. Entry Restrictions

Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in all Eligible States/Territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of age or older.

Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of:

  1. the Promoter; or
  2. the companies associated with this Promotion,

are ineligible to enter.

Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

Entry Mechanics

Participants may enter the Promotion during the Promotional Period by submitting their name, email address and phone number via the Promotion entry form made available through the Promoter’s Website, organic social media channels, paid advertisements or other promotional channels approved by the Promoter.

Each valid submission counts as one (1) entry into the Promotion.
By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge that they are opting in to receive email and SMS marketing communications from the Promoter, subject to applicable law and the entrant’s right to unsubscribe at any time.

Bonus Entry Mechanics

After submitting a valid entry, entrants may receive an email from the Promoter containing the discount code WINTERCOZY, which provides 15% off eligible purchases during the Promotional Period.

An entrant who makes a valid purchase from the Promoter during the Promotional Period using the discount code WINTERCOZY will receive one (1) additional entry into the Promotion.

A purchase is not required to enter the Promotion. The bonus entry mechanic is optional and does not affect the validity of an entrant’s free entry. Purchases must be made at the Promoter’s normal retail prices, less the advertised WINTERCOZY discount. Returned, cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or chargeback purchases will not qualify for a bonus entry.

Maximum Entries

Each entrant may receive a maximum of two (2) entries into the Promotion, being:

  1. one (1) entry for submitting a valid entry form; and
  2. one (1) bonus entry for making a qualifying purchase using the code WINTERCOZY during the Promotional Period.

SMS/Telephone Charges

Prize Draw

This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
Based on a random draw, one (1) winner will be selected at the conclusion of the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place by the next working day following the end of the Promotional Period, once entries for the Promotional Period have been validated and tallied by the Promoter.

The winner will be announced on the Promoter’s Website and/or via the Promoter’s social media channels and will be entitled to receive the Prize detailed below.

Prize Conditions

If any element of the Prize is unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute that element with another prize or prize element of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and any approval required from relevant authorities.
All other ancillary costs, including any taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, insurance, delivery charges outside standard delivery, set-up costs and any other expenses, are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.

Notification of Winners

The winner’s name and State, Territory or country of residence may be published on the Promoter’s Website and/or via the Promoter’s social media channels.
Once announced, the winner will be contacted by the Promoter’s representatives via phone, email and/or other electronic means to make arrangements for provision of the Prize.

Prize Delivery

The Prize will be provided to the winner within 30 days of the conclusion of the Promotional Period, unless delayed due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including supplier delay, international shipping delay, customs clearance or events affecting the availability of any Prize element.

Unclaimed Prize Allocation

If a winning entry is deemed invalid, or the Prize is not accepted within 7 days of the winner being notified, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws until the Prize is awarded, subject to any written directions given by any relevant authority.

Winners in any redraw will be notified in the same manner as detailed in the “Notification of Winner” section of this Schedule and may have their name and State, Territory or country of residence published on the Promoter’s Website and/or via the Promoter’s social media channels.


Terms & Conditions of Entry (Terms)

These Terms must be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. The Schedule defines certain terminology used in these Terms.

Entry

  1. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these Terms.
  2. Entry is open only to entrants who comply with the Entry Restrictions and who follow the Entry Mechanics.
  3. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period.
  4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
  5. The Promoter has no control over communications networks or services, the Internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
  6. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
  7. Each entrant must use their own genuine name, email address and mobile phone number. Entries using false, duplicate, automated or third-party details will be deemed invalid.
  8. Opting in to receive marketing communications (including by SMS or email) is not a condition of entry. The Promoter will only send marketing communications to entrants who provide separate, express consent at the time of entry, and entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

Prizes

  1. The Prize will be awarded to the winner drawn in accordance with the Prize Draw.
  2. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners.
  3. The Prize will be delivered to the winner in accordance with the Prize Delivery. Once the Prize has left the Promoter's (or supplier's) possession or control, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Prize.
  4. In the event of the Prize not being accepted or claimed, the Prize will be deemed forfeited unless the process for Unclaimed Prize Allocation applies.
  5. The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age and residency prior to being awarded the Prize.
  6. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any or all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person who fails to provide adequate identification to the satisfaction of the Promoter, or who tampers with or benefits from the manipulation of, or tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or acts in violation of these Terms, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
  7. If, due to any reason whatsoever, the Promoter becomes aware after an entrant has won the Prize that the entrant has not complied with these Terms, that entrant will have no entitlement to the Prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a winner, and that entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the Prize.
  8. The Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash (except as set out in these Terms). Any Prize that has been transferred will be deemed void and the parties involved will be disqualified from the Promotion. Without limiting any other term of these Terms, the Prize (and elements of the Prize) must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and include any applicable GST. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value. If any element of the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that element with an item of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.

Bonus Entry and Discount Code

  1. The discount code WINTERCOZY entitles the user to 15% off eligible purchases on the Promoter's Website during the Promotional Period. The code is available to all customers and use of the code is not required to enter the Promotion. Standard exclusions apply as set out on the Promoter's Website.
  2. To qualify for a Bonus Entry, the participant must have submitted a valid Standard Entry, must use the same email address for both the Standard Entry and the qualifying purchase, and the qualifying order must not be cancelled, returned or refunded prior to the conclusion of the Promotional Period.

General

  1. Any disputed matters about the conduct of the Promotion or the allocation of the Prize should be put to the Promoter in writing via support@lucentglobe.com. The Promoter will use best endeavours to respond to disputed matters within 5 working days. To the furthest extent permitted by law, the Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond control of the Promoter, that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in the Eligible States/Territories if required.
  3. Without limiting any other paragraph, the Promoter may at its discretion amend any aspect of this Promotion or of these Terms, subject to applicable laws and any notifications required to be made to relevant authorities in the Eligible States/Territories if required.
  4. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify, the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
  5. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) by any person in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law) including the Non-Excludable Guarantees.
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this Promotion results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office's stated view that where the parties are at arm's length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
  7. The information entrants provide will be collected and used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the databases of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate. Where the entrant has provided separate, express opt-in consent at the time of entry, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services, including contacting entrants via email and SMS in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Entrants may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. The Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with entrants. Entrants can request access, updates and corrections to their personal information by contacting the Promoter at  support@lucentglobe.com.
  8. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat; and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat.
  9. Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in these Terms or Schedule or in advertisement relating to this Promotion to 'dollars' or '$' is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia.
  10. The Promotion and these Terms will be governed by the law of the State or Territory in which the Promoter ordinarily resides. Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of that State or Territory in connection with disputes concerning the Promotion. 

The Clean Club – Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

  1. About The Clean Club
    1. The Clean Club is a customer loyalty program (Program) operated by Lucent Globe Pty Ltd ACN 665 917 368 (Lucent Globe, we, us or our).
    2. The Program enables eligible customers to earn store credit (Credit) on qualifying purchases, which can be redeemed against future orders placed through the Lucent Globe subscription portal at https://lucentglobe.com/account/login (Subscription Portal).
    3. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms). These Terms should be read together with Lucent Globe's:
      1. Terms of Service;
      2. Privacy Policy;
      3. Returns Policy;
      4. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy; and
      5. Delivery & Shipping Policy,
      (together, the Website Policies).
    4. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Website Policies in relation to the Program, these Terms will prevail.
  2. Eligibility and Enrolment
    1. To participate in the Program and earn Credit, you must hold an active subscription with Lucent Globe through the Subscription Portal (an Active Subscription).
    2. Customers who purchase products on a one-time basis only, without holding an Active Subscription, are not eligible to earn Credit under the Program.
    3. As of 9th April 2026, existing subscribers will be automatically enrolled in the Program. Credit earning commences from the date of your next subscription renewal or new order processed after enrolment. Credit is not applied retrospectively to orders placed before enrolment.
    4. Only one Program membership is permitted per customer account. Program membership is personal to you and is non-transferable.
  3. Earning Credit
    1. Eligible customers earn Credit at a rate of 10% of the qualifying order subtotal, calculated as follows:
      1. the order subtotal is the total price of products included in the order, excluding shipping fees, taxes and any amount paid using existing Credit;
      2. the 10% cashback rate is applied to the order subtotal after any applicable subscription discount or promotional discount has been deducted; and
      3. Credit amounts are rounded to the nearest cent (for example, an order subtotal of $13.50 earns $1.35 in Credit).
    2. Credit can be earned on the following qualifying purchases, provided you hold an Active Subscription at the time the order is processed:
      1. subscription orders processed through the Subscription Portal;
      2. one-time products purchased at checkout alongside a new subscription order;
      3. one-time add-on products purchased through the Subscription Portal;
      4. new subscriptions added through the Subscription Portal.
    3. Credit is not earned on:
      1. purchases made by customers who do not hold an Active Subscription;
      2. the portion of any order paid for using Credit (for example, if your order subtotal is $28.49 and you apply $5.00 in Credit, you earn 10% of $23.49, being $2.35 in Credit);
      3. shipping, delivery or handling charges;
      4. taxes or duties; or
      5. gift card purchases (if applicable).
    4. Credit will be applied to your account once the qualifying order has been processed and payment confirmed. Processing times may vary.
  4. Redeeming Credit
    1. Credit is redeemable against future orders placed through the Subscription Portal only. Credit cannot be redeemed at the standard website checkout or through any other channel.
    2. There is no minimum or maximum amount of Credit that must be applied to a single order. An order may be fully covered by Credit where your available balance is sufficient to do so.
    3. Credit may be used alongside promotional discount codes and other offers, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
    4. If the Credit applied to an order exceeds the order total, the remaining unused Credit will be retained in your account, subject to the expiry provisions in section 5.
    5. Credit:
      1. has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash, cheque or any other form of monetary payment;
      2. is not transferable to any other person or account;
      3. cannot be sold, traded, bartered or otherwise exchanged; and
      4. is separate from, and cannot be combined with, any store credit issued under Lucent Globe's Returns Policy or 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy.
  5. Credit Expiry
    1. Credit expires 12 months from the date on which it was earned. Once Credit expires, it is forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
    2. Credit earned from separate qualifying purchases expires independently based on the date each Credit amount was earned. When you redeem Credit, the oldest Credit in your account will be applied first.
    3. We are not obliged to notify you before your Credit expires. We may, at our discretion, choose to send reminders or notifications regarding upcoming Credit expiry from time to time. Any decision by us to send or not send such notifications does not create an ongoing obligation to do so.
    4. You can view your current Credit balance and expiry dates at any time by logging into the Subscription Portal.
  6. Returns, Refunds and Credit Adjustments
    1. If you receive a refund (whether in full or in part) on a qualifying purchase that earned Credit:
      1. The credit earned on that purchase (or a proportionate amount in the case of a partial refund) will be removed from your account by our customer support team; and
      2. If you have already redeemed some or all of that Credit on a subsequent order and then receive a refund on the original order, we will not reduce your Credit balance below zero. Your account balance cannot go negative.
    2. If you receive a refund on an order where Credit was applied as payment, our customer support team will reinstate to your account the Credit that was applied to that order (subject to the original expiry dates of the reinstated Credit).
    3. Credit adjustments under this section 6 are processed manually by our customer support team and may take up to 24 hours from the date the refund is processed. For enquiries regarding Credit adjustments, please contact us.
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, returns and refunds are processed in accordance with Lucent Globe's Returns Policy and 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy. This section 6 addresses only the treatment of Credit in connection with those returns and refunds.
  7. Subscription Cancellation
    1. If you cancel your Active Subscription:
      1. You will stop earning Credit from the date of cancellation.
      2. Any accrued and unexpired Credit in your account will remain available for a period of 90 days from the date of cancellation (the Grace Period); and
      3. During the Grace Period, you may redeem your remaining Credit by placing a one-time order or a new subscription order through the Subscription Portal.
    2. Any Credit that has not been redeemed by the end of the Grace Period will be forfeited, regardless of whether it would otherwise have remained within its 12-month expiry period under section 5.1.
    3. If you reactivate your subscription during the Grace Period, any remaining Credit in your account will be restored and will continue to be subject to the original expiry dates under section 5.1.
  8. Program Changes
    1. We may vary these Terms, the Credit earning rate, redemption conditions, or any other aspect of the Program at any time by providing you with at least 30 days' prior notice via:
      1. Email to the email address associated with your account; or
      2. A notice published on the Subscription Portal or our website.
    2. Any Credit earned before the effective date of a variation will remain subject to the Terms in effect at the time the Credit was earned, including the original expiry period, unless the variation is required to comply with applicable law.
    3. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any variation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a variation, you may redeem any accrued Credit before the effective date or cancel your subscription.
    4. We may suspend or terminate the Program at any time by providing at least 30 days' prior notice in accordance with paragraph 8.1. If we terminate the Program, you will have at least 30 days from the date of the termination notice to redeem any accrued and unexpired Credit.
  9. Fraud and Misuse
    1. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your participation in the Program and forfeit any accrued Credit if we reasonably determine that:
      1. You have engaged in fraudulent, dishonest or abusive conduct in connection with the Program;
      2. You have manipulated or exploited the Program in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose (including, without limitation, creating multiple accounts to earn additional Credit); or
      3. You have breached these Terms.
    2. Before permanently forfeiting your Credit under this section 9, we will notify you in writing and provide you with a reasonable opportunity to respond, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent ongoing fraud or loss.
  10. Limitation of Liability
    1. Subject to section 13, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
      1. Our total liability to you in connection with the Program is limited to the value of the accrued and unexpired Credit in your account at the time the liability arises; and
      2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the Program, including any loss arising from the expiry or forfeiture of Credit.
    2. We do not warrant that the Program or Subscription Portal will be available at all times or free from errors. Temporary unavailability of the Subscription Portal does not extend the expiry period of any Credit or the Grace Period under section 7.
  11. Privacy
    1. We collect, use, store, manage, disclose and protect personal information in connection with the Program in accordance with Lucent Globe's Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
    2. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that we may collect and use your personal information for the purpose of administering the Program, including tracking Credit balances, processing redemptions, analysing purchasing patterns and communicating with you about the Program.
  12. Disputes
    1. If you have a dispute or complaint regarding the Program, including any Credit balance, expiry or adjustment, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to acknowledge your dispute within 5 business days and resolve it as soon as reasonably practicable.
    2. If we are unable to resolve your dispute to your satisfaction, you may contact your relevant state or territory consumer affairs body, or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at www.accc.gov.au.
  13. Australian Consumer Law
    1. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
    2. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
  14. General
    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
    2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
    3. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Information on how to enter and prizes set out in this Schedule form part of the Terms & Conditions of Entry (Terms). Entry Restrictions

Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in all Eligible States/Territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of age or older.

Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of:

(a) the Promoter; or

(b) the companies associated with this Promotion,

are ineligible to enter.

Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

Entry Mechanics

Participants must, as a condition of entry to the Promotion, subscribe to the Promoter's email mailing list via the sign-up form on the Promoter's Website during the Promotional Period (Participating Action).

Each unique email address submitted during the Promotional Period will count as one entry. An entrant may submit multiple entries using different email addresses, and each unique email address will count as a separate entry.
Duplicate entries using the same email address will not be counted as additional entries.

Entries are deemed to have been received at the time and on the date the email sign-up is completed.

Prize Draw

This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners.

Notification of Winners

Prize Delivery

Prizes will be provided to each winner within 14 days of the Notification Date.  

Unclaimed Prize Allocation

If a winning entry is deemed invalid, or a prize is not accepted within 7 days of the Notification Date, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws until all Prizes are awarded, subject to any written directions given by any relevant authority.

Winners in any redraw will be notified in the same manner as detailed in the ‘Notification of Winners’ section of this Schedule and will have their name and the State or Territory of residence published on the Promoter’s Website.

 

Terms & Conditions of Entry (Terms)

These Terms must be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. The Schedule defines certain terminology used in these Terms.

Entry

1.          By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these Terms.

2.          Entry is open only to entrants who comply with the Entry Restrictions and who follow the Entry Mechanics.

3.          Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period.

4.          The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

5.          The Promoter has no control over communications networks or services, the Internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.

6.          The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.

Prizes

7.          The Prize(s) will be awarded to the winners drawn in accordance with the Prize Draw.

8.          The winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners.

9.          The Prize(s) will be delivered to the winner(s) in accordance with the Prize Delivery. Once any Prize has left the Promoter’s (or supplier’s) possession or control, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Prize.

10.        In the event of a Prize not being accepted or claimed, the Prize will be deemed forfeited unless the process for Unclaimed Prize Allocation applies.

11.        The Promoter may require the winner(s) to provide proof of identity and eligibility prior to being awarded a Prize.

12.        The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any or all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person who fails to provide an adequate identification to the satisfaction of the Promoter, or who tampers with or benefits from the manipulation of, or tampering with, the entry process, or the operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these Terms, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

13.        If, due to any reason whatsoever, the Promoter becomes aware after an entrant has won a Prize that the entrant has not complied with these Terms, that entrant will have no entitlement to the Prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a winner and that entrant will be required, at the direction of Promoter, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the Prize.

14.        Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged (except as set out in these Terms). Any Prize that has been transferred will be deemed void and the parties involved will be disqualified from the Promotion. Without limiting any other term of these Terms, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and include any applicable GST. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value.

General

15.        Any disputed matters about the conduct of the Promotion or the allocation of a Prize should be put to the Promoter in writing via support@lucentglobe.com. The Promoter will use best endeavours to respond to disputed matters within 5 working days. To the furthest extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16.        If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond control of the Promoter, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in the Eligible States/Territories if required.

17.        Without limiting any other paragraph, the Promoter may at its discretion amend any of this Promotion or of these Terms, subject to applicable laws and any notifications required to be made to relevant authorities in the Eligible States/Territories if required.

18.        Nothing in these Terms limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

19.        The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law) including the Non-Excludable Guarantees.

20.        The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this Promotion results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

21.        The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. By entering this Promotion, entrants’ consent to the storage of their personal information on the databases of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and the Promoter and its related bodies corporate may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services including (where the entrant has opted in) contacting entrants via electronic messaging. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with entrants. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat; and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat.

23.        Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in these Terms or Schedule or in advertisement relating to this Promotion to ‘dollars’ or ‘$’ is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia.

24.                    The Promotion and these Terms will be governed by the law of the State or Territory in which the Promoter ordinarily resides. Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of that State or Territory in connection with disputes concerning the Promotion.
